Refund policy
How the guarantee is described, who actually handles it, and the practical steps that decide whether a refund goes smoothly.
VapoCept orders are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date, administered by the seller. ๐ก๏ธ This site does not process orders or refunds and cannot issue one. Everything below describes how the guarantee is presented, not a policy we operate.
Who handles your refund
The seller who took your payment. They hold the order record, the payment and the refund system. Contacting us only adds delay — use the order confirmation email you received at checkout.
What the guarantee covers
Sixty days from the purchase date, per the stated terms. The clock starts at purchase, not at delivery, so shipping time comes out of the window. The seller asks customers to retain their order details and follow the official return instructions.
The timing worth planning for
The seller suggests using the product consistently for at least 30 days before judging it. That leaves roughly four weeks between a fair assessment and the deadline — workable, but not generous, and easy to let slip.
How to protect your refund window
- ๐ Calendar the deadline the day your order arrives, with a reminder five days earlier.
- ๐พ Keep the order confirmation email — order number, date and stated terms.
- ๐ฆ Keep the bottles until you have decided, in case a return is required.
- โฐ Start the request early. Several days before the deadline, not on it.
- โ๏ธ Put it in writing. Email creates a timestamped record; a phone call does not.
Common mistakes
The most common reason people lose a refund is the deadline passing while they were still deciding. There is a particular irony in that for a memory supplement, and it happens often enough to be worth a calendar entry rather than a mental note.
The second is ordering through a third-party marketplace listing, which usually falls outside the manufacturer's guarantee entirely.
If you are not getting a response
Contact the seller again in writing, referencing your original message and order number. If you paid by card and cannot reach a resolution, your card issuer's dispute process is the next avenue — time limits apply there too.
Terms change
Guarantee conditions are set by the seller and can be revised. The version displayed at checkout when you place your order is the one that binds.
